1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by AJT Consultants Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “the client”). By commissioning work from AJT Consultants Ltd, you agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Scope of Services

AJT Consultants Ltd provides services including but not limited to architectural visualisation (CGIs), virtual staging, 3D flythroughs, floor plans, 3D site plans, branding, logo design, website design, marketing materials, signage design, and brochure design and print coordination. The specific scope of each project will be agreed with the client before work begins.

4. Quotations and Acceptance

All quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if the project scope changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quotation (written confirmation or email approval) constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined within the project quotation or invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms. AJT Consultants Ltd reserves the right to pause work or withhold final deliverables until outstanding payments have been received.

6. Revisions

Projects may include an agreed number of revisions. Additional revisions or significant changes outside the original brief may incur additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, architectural plans, reference material, and feedback where required. Delays in supplying information or approvals may affect project timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, and materials produced by AJT Consultants Ltd remain the intellectual property of AJT Consultants Ltd until full payment has been received. Once payment is complete, the client is granted permission to use the final approved materials for their intended purpose. AJT Consultants Ltd reserves the right to display completed work within portfolios, marketing materials, and on its website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided as guidance and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and revision requests. AJT Consultants Ltd will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.

10. Liability

AJT Consultants Ltd will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering services but shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our work.

11. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, AJT Consultants Ltd reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date.

12. Changes to Terms

AJT Consultants Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will apply to all new projects.
