AJT Consultants supported the marketing of Lady Nelson Gardens, an attractive new development in Thorpe-le-Soken featuring a collection of beautifully designed 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes.
Working closely with developers Burfoot Homes and selling agents Blake & Thickbroom, we delivered our full property marketing brochure service to ensure the development was presented to the highest standard.
Our work included high-quality CGIs that showcase the homes and surroundings, alongside detailed floor plans and both 2D and 3D site plans to help buyers clearly visualise the development. We also designed a professionally produced brochure and site signage to create a strong and consistent marketing presence.
The result was a cohesive suite of marketing materials that reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and appeal of this impressive new homes development.
