Hayes Gardens is a carefully planned development of just ten exclusive homes set within a peaceful village setting, where countryside charm meets modern living. The scheme features six individually designed house types, each created with generous living spaces and a strong focus on quality and detail.
AJT Consultants delivered the full visual and marketing package for the development, beginning with the creation of a bespoke logo and brand identity to establish a clear and distinctive look for the project.
To bring the scheme to life, we produced high-quality CGI visuals, detailed floor plans, and a 3D site plan to clearly communicate the homes, layouts, and overall development. We also designed the site signage and a professionally produced sales brochure, managing both the design and print to ensure a consistent and polished finish across all materials.
